.
I have hotlined this shit, and if I get no good response back, then I am going to have fun showing CNN how DeviantART handles their security breaches with absolutely no effort at all.

Hi! No, this isn't possible and all reports should go to the helpdesk so that there's an official record of it. Notes don't keep that. Thank you!
Also, your account isn't in danger
if you have smart online security habits. If you aren't sharing your password or email address and aren't clicking questionable links, you're perfectly fine and there's no reason to deactivate your accounts.

Hello, I am All-Ears-Wolf (my account is currently on safety cooldown, and this is my backup). I wish to ask a question regarding my tipline, and time-sensitive cases.
Is it safe to contact you via note about concerns? My account gets periodic reports on very serious matters such as account intrusions and other cyber terroristic activities that happen via DeviantART. Unfortunately, a somewhat anonymous internet atmosphere as seen here on DA has a fair share of pitfalls as well as benefits. Unfortunate things do happen. However, I have an idea.
I wish only to note on time-sensitive occurrences, and not anything such as a petty theft or harassment concern. My goal is to make certain that very serious matters are responded to at their quickest, but of course I do not want to put any extra burden on you.
I wish to find a way to get these situations controlled as quickly as possible, and I fear that email does not have the proper response speed required.
If this is not possible, then I guess all I can say I love your art, and I cannot wait to see more of it!

Guys? I am confused. I know I can't be compromised if I don't give anything away. That is obvious. But others can be, and my hotline idea got red-taped. What the hell do we do now?

This deviant's account wasn't 'hacked'. No information has been changed on it. If there is an actual issue with their account they should report it to the helpdesk themselves.

Hello, sorry for not waiting on a response, because one just popped up again.
haley1715owo.deviantart.com/ is a comprimised account in question, and the intruder is
imf4cker.deviantart.com/A journal entry boasting the intrusion was made here.
haley1715owo.deviantart.com/jo… Again, sorry if this is not the best way to submit these, but it might just be the fastest.

But here is where we get somewhere. Thanks to
Nightshade-warroir and
double-doppelganger, we have our break! We all found out how the intrusions are taking place.
We have found a source. There is a free to download, one time fee charged for the RAR password, but after that, it's the software program that people are using to get the password. I downloaded it and tested it on my own account, and I had to pay a fee for it. So, I talked to somebody who did pay the fee, and they were able to get into my account with it.howtohackdeviantartaccounts.bl…The address above is the software in question. It is an automatic breaker for the DeviantART password.
I have made y2jenn aware of it, and should hope to get an adequate (satisfactory) response. We don't deserve red-tape anymore.
