I have hotlined this shit, and if I get no good response back, then I am going to have fun showing CNN how DeviantART handles their security breaches with absolutely no effort at all.

Hi! No, this isn't possible and all reports should go to the helpdesk so that there's an official record of it. Notes don't keep that. Thank you!
Also, your account isn't in danger if you have smart online security habits. If you aren't sharing your password or email address and aren't clicking questionable links, you're perfectly fine and there's no reason to deactivate your accounts.

This deviant's account wasn't 'hacked'. No information has been changed on it. If there is an actual issue with their account they should report it to the helpdesk themselves.

But here is where we get somewhere. Thanks to Nightshade-warroir and double-doppelganger, we have our break! We all found out how the intrusions are taking place.
We have found a source. There is a free to download, one time fee charged for the RAR password, but after that, it's the software program that people are using to get the password. I downloaded it and tested it on my own account, and I had to pay a fee for it. So, I talked to somebody who did pay the fee, and they were able to get into my account with it.

The address above is the software in question. It is an automatic breaker for the DeviantART password.
I have made y2jenn aware of it, and should hope to get an adequate (satisfactory) response. We don't deserve red-tape anymore.

What can we do?

Well, for starters, I am in talks with a few news sources trying to get to the core of this using media. I am going to publicly bring awareness to the problems we have on DeviantART, and compare how FurAffinity handles a similar situation, because they cut the crap and cut heads. They don't have time for the bullshit, and neither should DeviantART.
In other words, I might take off soon. I will have been declared the first American to attack a social media website for anonymity concerns. I can't say it is hostile attacking, but I am willing to defame DeviantART if it means stopping the digital violence that this site constantly allows.
My friends are constantly becoming depressed, the site is attacking itself, and the staff is running knots around themselves trying to figure out what to tackle next. DeviantART really tries to make this site the best it can be, but sometimes, you can only do so much. If anything, SmartScript should have been implemented a year ago when it released.
What is SmartScript? It's a self-teaching plugin that goes into the mainframe of the DA Message centre; or it least it would if they implemented it. What it does is it filters the interactions. Things like comments, notes, journals and anything else you can use to communicate can be filtered for keywords, or key phrases.
For example, had it been implemented, it could do any of the following things:
-Filter swearing, derogatory terms, troll-like words such as "sucks, ugly" and so on.
-Return filtered comments BACK to sender
-Ignore the request to send the communication period
-Let the communication go, and send a report of it to an administrator
-Find information about the accounts that DA receives reports about
I will be conducting visits with WPXI-TV (NBC), KDKA-TV (CBS), WTAE-TV (FOX) in Pittsburgh to begin stage one of my attempt to spread this awareness. I am filling out forms as I speak.
